Introduction
We are a small partnership registered in the Vilnius Branch of the Register of Legal Entities of the Lithuanian State Enterprise "Registrų centras" under the name "Verde grove". Our legal entity code is 306623217 and the registered office address is Naujoji g. 12-509, LT-06144 Alytus.
Aaliejus.lt is a website that we administer and through which we give you the opportunity to buy the products we offer.
We will be happy to serve you, whether you are a natural or legal person.
You are now reading the rules that apply to every purchase you make on our website Aaliejus.lt.
If you wish, a personal account will be created for you, where, in addition to your personal data, your order history will be stored.
The storage and use of your personal data in your account or order will be kept to a minimum and will be limited to what is necessary to ensure the smooth delivery of the goods and to ensure effective communication, should the need arise, in order to fulfil your order.
You can find out how we collect, collect, process and store your personal data in our publicly available Privacy Policy. We recommend that you familiarise yourself with this policy before purchasing goods.
General provisions
In order to complete your purchase, you will need to read and tick the box next to the statement "I have read and agree to the Aaliejus.lt Terms and Conditions of Sale and Purchase". This will constitute a binding legal document which sets out your and our rights and obligations, the conditions for the purchase of goods and payment for them, the procedure for the delivery and return of goods, the liability and other conditions relating to the purchase and sale of goods.
In the event of changes in market conditions or in the circumstances provided for by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, we shall have the right to change, amend or supplement these Terms and Conditions. You will be notified of any changes to the Terms and Conditions on the e-shop website aaliejus.lt.
Conclusion of a sale and purchase agreement
You can order products in our online shop Aaliejus.lt with or without registering.
When ordering goods, you will be required to provide the Personal Data necessary for the proper execution of your order, which will then be processed in accordance with the procedures set out in the aforementioned Privacy Policy.
Once you have selected the product to be purchased and formed a shopping cart, and have completed all the steps of the order, the last of which is the selection and confirmation of the payment method, a legal relationship of sale and purchase is deemed to have been established between you and us and a contract of sale and purchase has therefore been concluded. You will be informed of the confirmation of your order by means of a notification to the e-mail address you have provided. We will also send you a link to the applicable terms and conditions of sale.
Each of your orders is stored in our database in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Your rights
You have the right to purchase goods from www.aaliejus.lt in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
You may withdraw from the contract for the purchase of goods concluded in the online shop by notifying us in writing in free form no later than 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. You may only exercise this right if the goods have not been damaged or substantially altered in appearance and if the goods have not been used.
Your obligations
You must pay for and accept the goods purchased in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
If you refuse to accept the goods at the time of delivery without good reason, we may charge you the cost of returning the goods.
You must check the condition of the parcel at the time of delivery and contact the sender in case of damage.
Our rights
In important circumstances, we may temporarily or permanently suspend the operation of the e-shop for future orders without prior notice to you.
We have the right to cancel your order without prior notice if you have not paid for the goods within 3 working days of your order.
Our obligations
We undertake to make available the services of the Online Shop, the terms of which are set out in these Terms and Conditions.
We undertake to deliver the goods purchased by you by the delivery method of your choice in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions of Sale and Purchase.
We undertake to respect your privacy by processing your personal data only in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy and the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union.
If you withdraw from the contract of sale and purchase of goods concluded in the www.aaliejus.lt e-shop within 14 days, we undertake to refund the money you have paid within 5 working days from the date of receipt of the returned goods.
In exceptional cases, in objectively justified circumstances beyond our foreseeable and control, the delivery of the goods may be delayed or made impossible. In such a case, we undertake to contact you immediately to discuss the possibilities of further execution of your order. If we are unable to deliver your goods, we undertake to cancel your order and refund your money within 5 working days at the latest.
In the event that we do not agree with your requests, we shall be obliged to provide you with a detailed reasoned written reply within 14 calendar days of receipt of your request, unless otherwise required by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union.
We also undertake to comply with any other obligations imposed on us under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
Product prices
We quote the prices of the products in the online shop in euros without VAT. Once the order has been confirmed, we add the delivery charge, if applicable, to the total amount of the goods.
Ordering and payment of goods
When you visit the online shop, you choose the items you like and add them to your shopping basket. After creating your shopping cart, you will be asked to enter your personal data necessary to complete your order: your name, address to which the goods will be delivered, telephone number, e-mail address and any additional information that may be relevant for the delivery of the goods ordered. To confirm your order, you will need to indicate that you have read and understood these rules.
Payments can be made using Swedbank, Seb, Luminor e-banking services and Visa/MasterCard payment cards.
Once we have received payment for the goods, your order will be confirmed.
By accepting the Terms and Conditions, you agree that the purchase documents, the VAT invoice, will be submitted to the email address you have provided.
Delivery of goods
When ordering goods, you must specify the exact delivery address for the order to be processed smoothly.
The goods will be delivered by us or by our authorised representative - courier.
You must accept the goods yourself. If you are unable to accept the goods yourself, but the goods are delivered to the address you have provided, the goods shall be deemed to have been delivered successfully and in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Upon delivery to the Parcel machine, the goods must be collected no later than the time limit specified in the courier's SMS message.
We will use our best endeavours to deliver the goods to you within the time limits specified in the description of the goods.
If you withdraw from the contract of sale of the goods, you will receive a full refund of all sums paid, including any delivery charges paid, if such charge was applied.
If the total weight of the goods exceeds 30 kg, we will arrange the shipping with you individually.
In exceptional cases, delivery of the goods may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control and not reasonably foreseeable at the time of conclusion of the contract of sale. In such a case, we undertake to contact you immediately to agree on the terms of delivery and other conditions.
We shall be exempt from liability for breach of the time limits for delivery of the goods if the goods are not delivered to you or are not delivered on time due to the fault of third parties or due to circumstances beyond your control.
If you are unable to collect the goods from the post office within the time limit or if we are unable to deliver the goods to you, our representatives will contact you to arrange an alternative time and/or method of delivery. If you still do not collect the goods or fail to deliver them, such goods will be returned to us, the order will be cancelled and you will receive a refund of the money paid for the goods, less the bank charges applicable to bank transfers made to us and the delivery charge, if applicable.
Return of goods
As already discussed in the section on your rights, you have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase contract by notifying us within 14 days without giving any reason.
The following conditions must be observed when returning the goods:
the returned goods must be in their original packaging in good condition (this does not apply in the case of low-quality goods);
the goods must be in good condition and not damaged by you;
the goods must be unused and in good condition: no damaged labels, no torn protective film, etc. (this does not apply if you are returning low-quality goods);
the returned product must be in the same condition as when we received it (this does not apply if you are returning a faulty product);
we have the right to refuse to accept the returned goods if the above conditions have not been met.
If you have purchased goods that are not of satisfactory quality, you have the right to one of the following remedies:
to have the goods replaced by an equivalent product of the same quality, unless the defects are minor or caused by your actions;
a refund and cancellation of the contract of sale, where the sale of the defective product constitutes a fundamental breach of the order.
The money paid shall be refunded to your account no later than 5 days from the date of return of the goods to us.
Final provisions
These Terms and Conditions are drawn up in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.
These Terms and Conditions and the relationship between you and us shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
Any disagreements arising out of the performance of these Terms shall be settled by negotiation. In the event of failure to reach an agreement, disputes shall be settled in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
Both you and we shall be excused from the performance of our obligations under these Terms and Conditions if they cannot be performed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the Parties (Force major).
In the event that you disagree with our response to your written claim, you as a natural person may submit your request/complaint regarding the purchased goods to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (Vilniaus g. 25, 01402 Vilnius, e-mail: tarnyba@vvtat.lt, telephone: +370 5 262 67 51, website: www.vvtat.lt).
